Can I rent a van for just a few hours?
Yes. The shortest band is up to 3 hrs, from CHF 60. After that the price goes up in fixed steps by rental duration.
When can I collect and return the van?
Collection from 6:00, return by 22:00. Earlier or later is possible by arrangement.
How quickly will I get a reply?
We check every request personally and reply within 12 hours. The request is not binding.
Which driving licence do I need?
Category B is enough for all our vans.
What is insured?
All vans have fully comprehensive insurance. The excess is CHF 1000 (Iveco) or CHF 2000 (Opel).
How many kilometres are included?
Unlimited within Switzerland. For trips abroad we make you an offer.
What if I return the van late?
If you are more than 3 hours late, we charge a one-off CHF 100 plus CHF 30 for each hour started. Call us if time gets tight.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Cancellation is free up to 72 hours before the rental starts, after that it costs a one-off CHF 50. Changes are free of charge if the van is available.
Do I have to return the van with a full tank?
Yes. You receive the van with a full tank and return it full. Otherwise we charge the fuel plus a CHF 10 refuelling fee.
Does the van fit into an underground car park?
No, our vans are too high for an underground car park.
Can I rent for longer than 48 hours?
Yes. For rentals over 48 hours we make you an individual offer.
Can I drive abroad?
Yes, on request. We make you an offer; the deposit is CHF 200.
